Submit your trip details, and we’ll provide a clear quote based on distance and timing. Once booked, we coordinate logistics and arrive with a clean, fully equipped trailer. We focus on calm handling, safe transport, and a smooth ride from pickup to delivery—keeping your horse or livestock comfortable every mile.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. To ensure fair scheduling for all clients, Balemans Transport requires the following: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled haul will receive a full refund of any deposit paid. Cancellations made within 24–48 hours of the scheduled haul may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled haul, or no-shows, will be charged 100% of the deposit or booking fee. In the event of extreme weather, unsafe travel conditions, or emergencies on our end, we will work with you to reschedule at no additional cost. Emergency Haul Priority Clause Balemans Transport offers emergency hauling services for urgent situations such as veterinary emergencies. In these cases, scheduled regular hauls may be adjusted or rescheduled to accommodate higher-priority emergency transport. If your booking is impacted, you will be notified as soon as possible and given priority rescheduling at the next available time. We appreciate your understanding—this policy allows us to support the equine and livestock community when time matters most.
