Service Description
If you own a horse its not IF but WHEN you'll be faced with an emergency. Colic, choke, lacerations, tie ups, impalement, pain and swelling, eye injuries, hoof injury and disease... we cover it all, giving you the tools to be able to take that first responder role and help your horse, while you're waiting to see a Veterinarian.
Cancellation Policy
At Celtic Rose Equine Wellness, we understand that schedules can change. To ensure fairness for all participants and proper course planning, the following cancellation policy applies: 1. Participant Cancellations Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the course date will receive a full refund or credit toward a future course. Cancellations made 3–6 days prior to the course will receive a 50% refund or full credit toward a future course. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the course are non-refundable, but may be eligible for transfer at our discretion. 2. Transfers Participants may transfer their spot to another individual at no additional cost, provided we are notified in advance. One-time course date transfer may be permitted with at least 48 hours notice. 3. No-Shows Participants who do not attend the course without notice will forfeit their registration fee. 4. Course Cancellations by Us Celtic Rose Equine Wellness reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course due to low enrollment, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. In this case, participants will be offered a full refund or transfer to a future course. 5. Emergency Considerations We understand that emergencies happen. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis.
