Cancellation Policy

At Celtic Rose Equine Wellness, appointment times are reserved specifically for you and your horse. To ensure fairness to all clients and maintain an efficient schedule, the following cancellation policy applies: 24-Hour Notice Required We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Late Cancellations Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service. No-Shows Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice will result in a 100% charge of the service fee. Emergency Considerations We understand that emergencies happen—particularly in the equine industry. Genuine emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Weather & Safety Appointments may be rescheduled without penalty due to unsafe weather conditions or circumstances that could compromise the safety of the horse, handler, or practitioner. Arrival & Preparedness Please ensure your horse is caught, dry, and ready at the scheduled appointment time. Delays may result in shortened sessions or additional fees.
